Who we areWe comprise a small team of highly talented individuals. The co-founders have been working in close association and collaborating on special projects over the past eight years and have been working independently for the past 20 years. Members of our associate network work with us on specific projects. Co-founders:
Susan is a Professor and Fellow of Speech and Communication at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama based in the Barbican Centre in the City of London. Through her dynamic practical work, publications, lectures and radio programmes she is widely acknowledged as a leading authority on the subject. She has been working successfully in the business and corporate world both nationally and internationally for the past 20 years. Susan is an experienced conference speaker and frequently does platform and video work for a wide range of organisations and occasions.She has worked for hundreds of companies over her extensive career.
Lucia has extensive editorial experience gained from her many years editing international financial publications, namely at Euromoney plc, the Institute of Financial Services, and Redwood Publishing. She is also the author of numerous management reports and White Papers, for companies such as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Xerox, which focus on strategic business issues, such as shareholder value, risk management, innovation, knowledge management and issues pertaining to the knowledge economy. Her experience also includes organising, chairing, and speaking at international financial seminars and conferences. She is a frequent public speaker, has gained her Licentiate Teachers' Certificate in Public Speaking from London Guildhall Speech and Drama (LGSM) and is a Competent Toastmaster (CTM). She kick-started her career as a macro- economist with the New Zealand Treasury and has strengthened her economic credentials by studying development economics at London School of Economics Summer School. She is also co-founder and director of a small independent television production company, Lume Productions.The company acts as an ideas incubator and focuses on developing content to foster enterprise and entrepreneurship. Lucia has recently joined the Dubai-based Kahleej Times as a senior correspondent. Our associatesDominic Singleton began his career as an actor and singer songwriter - but after a few "lean" years of small parts in films which frequently ended up on the cutting room floor and lead singer in groups which invariably got disbanded - he decided to stay in the comfort of his own home and focus on script and speech writing. He has written a variety of scripts for TV and now divides his time between TV work, research and writing speeches for a wide range of social occasions. Jeanne Myers is a public relations professional and has worked closely with a wide range of organisations, including a number of the UK's blue-chip companies, government bodies and charities, to develop highly effective communication strategies. She is a member of the Institute of Public Relations and the CAM (Communications, Advertising and Marketing) Foundation. She has worked in London and Paris. Pol O Morain established Omorain Enterprise Services in 2002 following the closure of Xerox Venture Lab. Xerox was the internal venture fund and incubator for the world-renowned Xerox research centres including PARC. The venture lab provided seed funding and management expertise to project teams covering the breadth of computer and electronics technology(encryption algorithms, authoring and collabortion solutions, internet entrprise tools and applications, semi-conductors, lasers, imaging and mobile technologies. |
