Writing strategy and policy documents
Strategy and policy documents can be a highly effective platform from which employees and management can discuss and debate new initiatives, such as a change in working practices, or management structure, or simply to convey management perspectives on various issues. Whatever the reason these documents can help to strengthen internal communications and can form the basis of useful discussion and debate. They may take the form of a White Paper and may require further research, including interviews, or they could be written from existing documentation. In any case, they must always address one, or two, topical issues and be concise, succinct and timely.
