Group out-placement programme

When a company is faced with having to downsize, our out-placement services can provide invaluable support to employees who are being made redundant.  Our cost effective one day programme provides delegates with all the skills they will require to quickly find alternative employment.  Our workshop typically covers:

Small group sizes ensure we can provide delegates with a personalised service that will add real value to their job search.  A follow-up service can also be arranged.

Individual out-placement programme 

Being made redundant can be very stressful.  Our associates will help you through this difficult time.  Through a range of face-to-face meetings and telephone consultations we will cover the same subjects as the group out-placement programme.  We will also provide:

• Evaluation of current skills and competencies
• Career coaching
• Coaching prior to interviews
