This training can change how you feel and how you perform with simple and very effective exercises, building on new skills and good habits, physical memory, rehearsal and repetition. The training handles all the problems associated with nervous tension and anxiety: posture, movement, breathing, vocal tone and delivery, facial expression and energy in performance. The exercises involved are simple and fun and the desired changes apparent within a very short time.
