Lecture demonstrations

For maximum benefit and hands-on experience presentation training should be carried out on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. But when this is not possible or when an initial "taster" of the experience is sought, lecture demonstrations are a very effective and positive alternative.

The lectures are intensive and dynamic, entertaining and practical. A certain amount of audience involvement is included, ideally with prior consultation and arrangement, so that the theory and good practice can be practically demonstrated. Film and replay are used to illustrate the key points. Smaller practical sessions can also follow covering different topics with a range of tutors, depending on the time allowed.  A handbook of notes is prepared for all delegates. The lectures are always followed by a question and answer session.

These lecture demonstrations can form part of a conference, or can be included in a company's in-house or away-day training. They combine well with many other aspects of leadership, management or inter-personal skills training.
